Matryoshka Nails by Lexi is operated by Matryoshka Nails Inc. Our studio is at 369 N Fairfax Ave, 2nd Floor, Suite 6, Los Angeles, CA 90036.
Information we handle
This website does not currently provide customer accounts, an on-site contact form or on-site payment fields. Hosting and security systems may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring page, access time and diagnostic logs.
If you call or text us, we receive the contact and appointment information you choose to provide. We may enter that information into Square to manage your appointment.
Square booking and payments
Selecting Book now or a service takes you to Square. Square may collect your name, email, phone number, appointment details, payment information and device information. We receive the information needed to manage your appointment and payment. This website does not collect or store full card numbers.
Square handles that information under its own privacy notice .
How information is used and disclosed
We use information to schedule and provide services, communicate about appointments, process payments or approved refunds, maintain business records, prevent fraud, comply with law and keep the website secure. Information may be handled by Square, website hosting and security providers, or authorities when required by law. We do not sell customer appointment or payment information.
Optional analytics and advertising measurement
Google measurement initializes in privacy-restricted consent mode. Until you choose “Allow analytics,” analytics and advertising storage remain denied and optional measurement is not recorded. We configure measurement without Google Signals or advertising personalization and use it to measure page visits and clicks on booking, phone, map, Instagram and review links. Before continuing to Square, you may enter the same mobile number you will use for your appointment. If analytics is allowed, that number is sent securely to Google for advertising measurement so a later booked or paid visit can be attributed to the ad that introduced you to the studio. You can continue to Square without this measurement. We do not store the number on this website. For eligible visitors arriving through a Google ad, Google may temporarily replace the displayed business number with a forwarding number so a call can be attributed to that ad. Calls still connect to the studio. Your choice is saved in your browser. Square, Google and other external sites apply their own cookie and privacy practices.
Retention, security and your choices
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for appointments, customer service, accounting, legal obligations, disputes and security. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet system is completely secure. You may ask us to access, correct or delete information we maintain, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements. For data held directly by Square, use Square’s privacy controls.
